Winter Bear 9,460 Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 I’ve said this over different issues, over the last two years, about the mods and events team as well, they are humans, they have feelings just like you do, yet users on OH still treat them like crap and always go for a negative approach to solving issues. What happened wasn’t something I agreed with, it was handled poorly but the people hurt by the mods decisions also handled it poorly and it led to a lot of people who didn’t even know the thread existed, let alone visited the thread, feeling like they could openly bandwagon and shit on the mods. Customer services are for people who buy products or services or planning to buy products or services meaning you give money to the companies that employ these customer services. Staff here work for free. They are more like group of people making sure that OH doesn't turn into a cesspool. If they need to be stern let them. If they want to express their opinions let them. Surely there is a mature systematic ways to raise your objections on a staff actions if you or your friends view them as being unfair instead of googling their usernames and looking at all their past posts and posting them on OH to dry their laundry.
