The suspended member posts on twitter in anger about it and says they're gonna come back fighting due to the homophobic nature of the suspension. Your team has already acknowledge that the admin messed up and apologies were issues. Would you, as the new PR advisor, suggest they: A) Lift the suspension but not acknowledge it B) Lift the suspension and apologize to them C) Ban them but not say anything D) Ban them and publicly say it was to protect your team from their criticism.
