I love them so much and they are my favorite girl group and they are basically the reason why I am into kpop. So don't say I'm hating f(x). I just want to know if I am not the only one sharing this opinion or having this fears. so basically I am afraid SM might want to "disband" f(x).. I mean they are extremly talented and are in the kpop industry since 2009 and haven't even done a solo concert.. Exo recently done one.. I think that's quite unfair since they are their hoobaes ( again, I'm not bashing anyone. I love Exo! ) Also f(x) has like one promotion per year.. ok in 2009 they had 2 songs but that was it. And have they ever got to film an exciting MV? I don't think so... they always look the same. Musicwise they had amazing songs the past years. And 'Pink Tape'? Best album of 2013 imo. But why didn't SM done more promotions? They were barely on variety shows :/ Ok Krystal had her drama but I don't get why SM didn't done more promotions. I think it's so sad and unfair. I don't think it's a bad problem we don't have a fandom name but if their hoobaes get a fandom name and f(x) does not, I'm going to freak out! It's not like they don't get promotions and they also making amazing music (with it selling fairly well). Could they have sold a lot albums if SM paid attention to them more? Of course. Should they have a solo concert? Duh. But they're not THAT bad off. It's more just frustrations since they've been out for so long and they don't have things a lot of groups have considering they're nearing their 5 year anniversary. Their albums have underperformed several times, even Pink Tape which some of you are obsessed over didn't even make it into the Top 10 year end charts. Grape Soda 12,004 Posted June 17, 2014 Share Posted June 17, 2014 ok tbh. yea they dont have it as good as other SM artist. but nameless are acting like fx hasnt released an album since debut and what not they actually have been doing great in terms of other groups. they dont have a fan name(does that seriously matter), exo had a concert first(if fx had sold over 500,000 copies of their first album they prob would have gotten a concert too). fx is one of sm's poorest selling groups so of course they are gonna spend more time on the ones who were popular from that first album. SM is not a family like company they are about money and fx is just a product, so they are gonna spend their time on the ones who make money. if you havent noticed even with the individual group members in sm, if you arent popular from the jump they really wont push you. It sucks for the fans but that's just kinda how it works..since they don't flop I don't think there's a reason to worry about them disbanding.
