I've never backed into a space in MY LIFE amgplz.png the thought scares me, my insurance rates... 

I know right? Even if there's a rear camera I ain't taking my chances

Straight in unless parallel is necessary in which case

Straight in, but I usually back up into my driveway/garage. My husband always has me be the one to parallel park. I don’t like it, but I’m not bad at it. Still makes me nervous lol.

Reverse park. I’m terrible at driving straight in lol

The nice thing about reverse parking is that you can see both lines using the side mirrors as you're backing in (assuming your car doesn't have a rear view camera).

 

You never get that view when driving straight in unless you have one of those new cars that use many cameras to construct an aerial 360 degree view of the car. I've used these and it feels weird at first but looks way cool.

Straight in > Parallel Reverse > Reverse. I am lowkey a tiny bit scarred from reversing straight in because I was reversing into my driveway just to practice and I accidentally stepped on the accelerator really hard instead of the brake. Thank goodness there was no accident because I have a huge grass area on my front lawn where the driveway is. I don't want to imagine what would have happened if I had done that in an actual car park with cars on both sides haha.
