All these years, I always believed Johnny Depp was innocent and Amber was evil

I was a quote on quote "oppalogist" with Johnny for years and my family and friends called me all sorts of names saying I'm sexist and a woman beater supporter. But how the tables have fcking turned. Now none of the people in my life that called me those things have spoken a word to me or about how wrong they were about the real battered spouse because in their minds, only women can be abused in marriages. 

 

There was always something that rubbed me the wrong about women like Amber and it feels good to see Johnny getting the justice he deserves. I won't hold my breath for Hollywood and the media who destroyed his reputation to apologize but I will hope one day someone says its finally over to him and give him a big fat hug.

can someone give me a brief summary of new developments regarding this case? last i heard of them johnny was still the alledged abuser and i haven't been most up to date with the news lately

Johnny has some crap with him, like lots of celebrities, but in this situation I was definitely leaning more towards his side. I hope truth prevails, whatever it may be.

mte. there's nothing conclusive about the case. this thread is in bad taste tbh.

let the court do its work before deciding who's 'side' your on. tbh at this point it looks more like they where fighting verbally and physically and are now using it against each other, tho of course amber's the one who started the blame game.

 

hopefully they get some kind of restraining order or sm when they separate bc clearly they have a very unhealthy/damaging relationship.

Slow down a bit because no conclusion was reached yet.... and, IMO, most likely won't be. One look at what went down in the legal sphere between the two and you'll see it's pretty complicated. 

 

Both sides could be at fault for all we know. 

 

I feel like they'll soon drop another statement saying things are settled (this actually happened after the divorce, so not unlikely) and it will be the most we'll get of it. Might be wrong, obviously

I'll give my opinion - I never liked Johnny and found Amber a bit unsettling.
