Wait, the baby! Plane forced to return to airport after passenger forgets baby

A commercial flight pilot made a unique request to return to the airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia after a passenger left someone very important at the terminal: her baby.

 

On Monday, Gulf News reported about the pilot's strange request that happened over the weekend.

 

In the conversation, the ATC wanted to know the reason why the pilot of the Kuala Lumpur-bound Saudia plane would like to return to the King Abdul Aziz International Airport gate.

 

"A passenger, she left her baby in the terminal and refused to continue the flight," the pilot said over the radio. It was not clear how old was the baby. 

 

The plane already took off when the Saudia Flight 832 passenger remembered about her baby at the airport.

 

The pilot's request was approved, the report stated. 

 

“Ok, head back to the gate. This is totally a new one for us,†the operator was heard saying in a video of the conversation between the pilot and the air traffic control that has since gone viral on YouTube.

I... forgetting a baby... i mean yes the jeddah airport is super crowded and can be exhausting but i mean it is her baby... regardless of exhaustion this was a very irresponsible thing to do.
