LOONA 1/3 720
i found driving to be stress relieving, late night drive with loud music and singing your lungs out. alternatively, karaoke is also stress relieving. i went to the karaoke alone sometimes lol
plainolejane 173
OP, you could go for a nice walk to clear your head. I do it whenever I feel stressed, and it really helps. Or talk to someone you trust - it's so much easier to think after you unload your worries.

Hummin 3,936
I'm kind of a stress eater too, but going to the gym has helped me reduce that. It's more healthy and I feel like for me it's more effective against stress. Idk what juice gets sent to my brain when I exercise, but when I put on some music and jog for 30 min it just feels refreshing. It doesn't have to be jogging though, if you find some group physical activity like dancing or yoga or something like that it'll probably work too.
