Problem is they always look like they are in desperate need of moisture! What is the point in having plump bubblicious lips if you're just gonna abuse them?! What moisturierzs and creams do you use btw ? Definitely take care of the basics first! Ugh I have too many moisturizers. All of them are really good and my Korean moisturizer gives me gorgeous glass skin, But I probably won't repurchase it since its like $22!! I will most likely be making Cerave Pm my staple moisturizer. You can buy it at target for $10 and it has ceramides, hylauranic acid, and Niacinamide. The reason why I'm not 100% sure is because I just ordered The ordinary's moisturizer, and people on reddit say its better than Cerave. Plus it only costs $7 for the same amount of product. Maybe its cause I'm black and we obsess about ashyness and chapped lips, but the only exception I could make is if he was playing a crackhead.
