Michael jackson was innocent and those are the facts.

Reminder both men in the docu said he didnt molest them.

And another one was in a long term relationship with mjs niece and just wants fame.

I'll go ahead and believe Makauley Caulkin and MJ's niece over a couple of people using Michael Jackson to get fame. Tarnishing the legacy of someone like that is really disgusting to me. If they truly are lying I don't know how they can live with themselves.

He said sharing your bed with boys was the most beautiful thing, he fetished children's innocence constantly

That's what pedophiles say

Something that someone with a peter pan syndrome would also say. MJ was fascinated with childhood because it was something he never got to experience. He himself wanted to be like these kids.

He seemed to have no idea as to how his words could have easily been misconstrued by everybody else. Rather childlike of him.

"peter pan syndrome" is not a real thing, it's not a disorder, it's never been in the DSM. No one has "peter pan syndrome." It's from a book from the 80s, and that book was about men who fail to accept adult responsibility, not adult men prancing around fetishing "childhood" with a new wide eyed boy on his arm every year.

Michael had a magnitude of issues, but he was a grown man. He had the cognitive skills of an adult. He was deluded not a child.

A grown man that was abused to hell and back by his own father, and basically never lived a normal life.

His view of reality was warped, to say the least, and he should've seeked psychiatric help.

A musician being abused by a parent and growing up to be an abuser is nothing new, Mozart was just as weird.

I'm neutral. The evidence makes me think Michael Jackson wasn't a pedophile, but I do think that he was inappropriate with children. There's no excuse for a grown man in his 30s to be sharing his bed with 7 year-olds...

Nothing to do with the topic, but I lost my respect for him for being greedy and “stole†The Beatles’ royalties. Yeah he did the Africa donation shit in the 80’s but behind all that, he was a greedy fuck

What the police found in his bedroom is making me sick to my stomach. Boys Will Be Boys and The Boy were created by Martin Swithinbank and Ronald Drew. Swithinbank and Drew are both convicted child molesters. One of the books was also personally inscribed by Michael Jackson.

This evidence submission request was endorsed months after the judge had barred all evidence from the 1993 investigation, which dramatically damaged the prosecution's case. They pushed to reverse this ruling with documents like the one you provided, and eventually won a minor victory; three books were permitted, as was testimony about five alleged victims and the pornography. But that's it; nothing else made it.

As to the Jonathan Spence photo, consider the following: it was supposedly found in 1993, yet Jackson was never charged with possession of child pornography (which he could have been), a probe into Spence's evident molestation/abuse was never opened, police officials stated that raids of four separate houses "didn't result in anything that would support a criminal filing," two separate grand juries disbarred without filing charges (despite the fact that juries can indict based on hearsay alone, which indicates that they weren't aware of the photo), no other documentation from 1993-94 or 2003-05 mentions the photo, Jackson's legal counsel were given copies of everything included in this document BUT the Spence photo (which you're legally supposed to provide when submitting evidence), and it was ultimately not included in the 2005 case. So either the photo exists, the LAPD did nothing about it for twelve years, then eventually decided not to use it when Jackson was in a criminal trial... or the prosecution was bullshitting and never had it.

Moreover the books you mention are legal art books registered with the Library of congress and one of them was even a best seller (Boys will be boys). Jackson owned thousands of books and sometimes he would buy a whole bookstore's worth of. His library was bigger than many public ones. I doubt he ever read through even a fraction of his collection. Fans would also constantly give him books as well since they knew he loved them so much. It's true that these books were isolated from the rest, but they were found in a box in his basement together with 30 other artbooks featuring men and women so they were cherry picked.

About his inscribtion, this is what it said:

"Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in these boys' faces. This is the spirit of boyhood, a life I never had and will always dream of. This is the life i want for my children."
