She was seen in Korea in like 2 weeks ago, and since then there was speculation by fans she was going to sign with a Korean company. At the time the main speculation was JYP, because we know he wants to create his own Japanese girl group for the Japanese music market primarily, but most likely Juri wanted her career to develop beyond Japan, so Woollim is a good choice.
