gayz 20 Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 You need to remember to have a serving a water for each alcoholic beverage. Hell, sometimes I have twice as much water. To recover from a hangover quick, WATER, have a meal easy on the tummy (plain rice, a bit of banana, applesauce, toast) in small portions. Take a multivitamin with your first serving of food and sleep as much as possible. Never let yourself get so drunk you black out / pass out in bed. It helps if you drink water before sleeping and if you got too drunk you won't likely do that. It's far easier to make water your bitch and drink her up on the regular more than webmd recommends. Drink a bit more water daily than you need and come days you drink you won't suffer as much (in my and my friends experience(s)) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
