I've been really lucky there and I think you can't sell for much higher than you bought I've been able to buy tickets securely for multiple sold out concerts there. Looking at it now, someone is already selling a category 2 ticket for Paris and there will be more people selling the closer it gets to the tome of the event as people realize they can't make it for whatever reason.
