He is strict, greedy, hard working, a dreamer, firm with what he wanted but he choose to be honest with BTS. They told them what his vision was and BTS are doing their job chasing their own goal but also as a driving force for their boss's goal. People will thinking about being use that way but looks like Bang PD has his own way to show his sincerity for BTS in a really deep way, a two way interaction between an artist and its creator.
