Emphasis on good fats and protein for fullness and plenty of fiber for a healthier stomach bacterial culture. :)

Reduced carbs to under 30 daily + 8/16 intermittent fasting (just started this this week)

I drink a LOT of unsweetened hot tea, coffee and sparkling water cause I'm a bit hungry but it's going well.

Lemon water in the morning and cinnamon water at night, set hours meals and not eating after 6pm, only drinking water, coffee or tea, no sugar unless it's in fruits, no processed food.

100x squats,100x pushups and 100x situps a day and 10km running (should be every day but takes too much time so every 2 days)

+a 2-day fast once a month approximately

I eat whatever I want, but control my portions, I do try not eating junk food more than twice a month or at all if I can help it. It's lucky that I don't like sweets or this would be so much harder, lol. Also drink a lot of water and exercise regularly. I do yoga every morning and walk and play with my dogs every day as well.

The only thing I can't shake off is my love for soda, but I've really decreased the amount of it that I drink.

I don't have a diet, I just eat in small/normal portions.

I go to the gym 4 and 5 times per week. I always take a teaspoon of honey 30 minutes before working out by the way.

So, normally I would have sweet potato, yam, pumpkin, sweet plantains or something similar with cheese or tuna/sardines for breakfast. On days that I don't feel like eating a lot I drink a tall cup of coffee (with almond milk, evaporated milk, cacao, cinnamon, around a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and nutmeg with ginger) with salted cookies. Then, an hour and half after I would drink some passionfruit, mango or orange juice. Any type of natural juice. It's very common in my country. Then for lunch, I always have vegetables with some kind of protein. It could be salmon with some vegetables that I love, without dressing and eggplants, for example. For snack, it may be junk food or a drink. Dinner usually is soup with a boiled egg. But it could also be some of the food that my mom has made for lunch (rice with some meat, for example) or chilli. I love that with some nachos! Oh, and I'm crazy addicted to pasta but I only eat it on Saturdays, in a restaurant.

Recently I've been baking some desserts, like carrot cake and blondies. Today I baked a sweet potato cake and it was delicious!

So I don't restrain myself but I eat junk food/sweets in small portions.

What's the secret to honey before a workout? I'm curious!

Oh, I don't think there's a secret, lol. I just like to do it. I don't feel comfortable eating something solid unless is like two hours before a workout. I need something sweet just in case and honey does the job (:

A shot of apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning + a cup of hot water immediately after. I’ll eat whatever I have, and only until I’m satisfied, but I like to eat lots of greens (I actually love making salad and baking chicken breast) and apples for snacks. :-) hope you achieve your optimal, healthy weight!

Breakfast: Eggs, a glass of milk and sweet potatoes

Lunch: Chicken/fish, rice and veggies

Dinner: Same as lunch but I might have some herbal soup too

In between, I have a protein shake and banana before my workout and a protein shake after my workout.

Honey is actually considered a very solid choice as a pre-workout carbohydrate source. It has a combination of fructose, glucose, sucrose and complex carbohydrates which means it is metabolized at different rates. You'll get immediate delivery of sugar to the blood stream and then a slow, steady delivery as the rest is broken down. smile.png

I don't have like a strict diet but what I've been eating lately is working cause I'm losing a bit of weight

I have normal breakfast... egg whites with something else

for lunch I usually have tacoslaugh.png I love fish tacos or some chicken or just whatever I feel like eating, and I really enjoy having some guacamole

for dinner I'd repeat what I had for lunch or a sandwich or anything that's not too heavy

and that's it

If I feel like I need something sweet I do this "healthy" mug cake recipe that is delicious af

I don't really do carbs like rice or pasta anymore, my only carbs are tortillas and whole wheat bread

and I only drink water and coffee
