how many scandals have yg artists been in for the past decade and YG is still standing.  The same with all Big 3 and non-big 3 companies.  As long as their fans continue to support their artists they will continue to stay afloat despite stocks dropping or whatever.

YG Entertainment used to be called Yang Goon Company.

Quote:
"However in 1996, Seotaiji and Boys broke up after four years of activity, shocking the entire nation with its sudden disbandment.
Following after, Yang Hyun Suk created Yang Goon Company, creating the new group, Keep Six. Unfortunately, Keep Six was no match for Young Turks Club, which was ironically produced by fellow Seotaiji and Boys member, Lee Juno.
After the failure of Keep Six, Yang Hyun Suk fell into a debt of about 3 billion won, but he didn’t give up just there.

He changed his company’s name to YG Entertainment and achieved success with his first hip-hop duo, Jinusean. Soon he created 1TYM, Se7en, Big Mama, Gummy, Big Bang and 2NE1, making YG Entertainment one of the biggest entertainment companies in Korea." [x]

So to answer the OP's question: No, this probably won't be the end of YG.
If worse comes to worst,

the current artists/groups might be disbanded unless they're bringing huge profits to the co.
the company name might change,
the board might change,
but overall YG will still have a company.
