Going to sleep at 8pm, waking up at 4am to study...

I've been doing this for the past 2 days and I seem to be getting a lot of my school work and studying done between 4am and 8am. I would continue doing this until my exams are over in June but I'm worried that my new sleep routine is too good to be true?

 

Has anyone ever done the same thing?

I really want to continue doing it because I feel so much more productive when I wake up early and I also feel refreshed when I'm at school. Revising in the evening doesn't seem to be working for me because my family are loud and I tend to procrastinate towards the end of the day...

This is my normal waking up time everyday for over a month now, I just wished I slept that early tho.

 

Anyway, that's the best way to work if you can't find a quiet time in the evenings to study. If it works for you then I'd say that you can continue with it. Even if it needs to be changed in the future, it's not a difficult schedule to adjust.

I'm pretty similar, I sleep at 10-12ish wake up at 6am and get so much more done then when I was trying to pull all nighters never happened. At night all I wanna do is eat, shower, relax, and knock out. 

 

Seems to be working well for you so I would recommend sticking with it.

 

It shouldn't be too long till your body automatically adjusts and you end up waking at 4am w/o an alarm if not already lol.

Ooh I knew someone who did this too during exam days cus she couldn't study at night when she was sleepy. So she woke up super early like you to study

I think I'm going to have to start doing this because literally once it hits 9pm my productive goes down to a snails pace, I do this sometimes when I have an assignment or smth i need to finish or a test I need to study for but I dont do it regularly, maybe I should just make it my schedule

when i do this, i don't even go to sleep at 8pm, i go to sleep at 1am and wake up at 5am lol

i have so much trouble going to sleep early, even though i'm more productive in the morning unsure.png

 

Yeah this is what I do when I do this ^^^^^

I often do this to be more productive or if i need to reset my messed up sleep schedule. It's really nice to get things done when everyone else is still sleeping and you don't have to rush in the morning.

I actually feel MORE rushed in the morning because I actually have somewhere to be and get ready for (ie school) so I cant have my work flow over and spend more time on it as;ldkfalsdkf;

omg relatable

i get too sleepy and then i stay up procrastinating on my laptop lmaoo 

 

i want to try it but im scared i cant wake up that early
