i'm living proof of how subjective the visual label really is bc i never ever guess right

 

just two examples from two of my ult groups:

 

OH MY GIRL

the member who pulled me in was Seunghee and i was CONVINCED she was the visual

 

 

the actual visual line as you know consists of Binnie, Arin and Jiho, tho a lot of non fans and fans alike contend that YooA also counts

 

GFRIEND

the member who pulled me in was Umji and yet AGAIN i was convinced she was the visual

 

 

as you know the actual visual is Sowon (with Yerin being the face of the group)

It's easy to me tbh, the visual is usually the one who fits the korean standards. Example, in Blackpink everyone is visual material, but the one who matches the korean standards is Jisoo.
