It's the same amount if you put the milk first of after, you are aware that the cereals float, right? Anyways, i don't care honestly. I like to eat warm milk with cocoa and cereals, so when i would heat the milk in the microwave i would put the milk first and when i would heat it on the stove i would put the cereal first.
