But there's still a shit ton of incriminating evidence against him besides that stuff that they need to debunk first as well. To make it really short : He said he had been attacked and beat up for being gay and black, it made the news as he managed to appear as a victim from both communities BUT the police found out he was lying and planned everything, paid people to attack him... The people he hired turned on him, and he wrote a check, leaving a money trail. Also, it's a video of the guys he hired buying all the items and them being inside their apartment.
