Which Kpop companies are actually good?

It depends, IU's company is good for IU and Uaenas and awful at promoting everyone else

JYP is a good company for the artists and fans, they have really good and
consistent promos and they give incentives for their artists to get involved in their music
but they are bad at promoting solos and lack hype in that aspect

Big Hit is really good for BTS and Armys but need more artists to

judge since it should be fairly easy to handle few acts than many

TXT seems to be going on a flowery path so I think Big Hit has the potential to be the best ever

they need a girl group tho

- blockberry creative is honestly doing very good so far if you consider they only have around 15 staff members.

- Ateam ent might be the best nugu company out here, they know how to promote VAV -> really ahead of their time

There is no ''good'' company especially not in the music buisness everything is about profits. The music industry ain't a benevolent society even if some think it is.

Some companies are just way better in hiding their dirty secrets or problems and others don't, so they got a better rep.

Some people here are acting like making profit is a bad thing. Yes, a company is all about making a profit from their idols and releases, but it doesn't mean that they're hateful entities lol. Chill out guys, I think that OP means companies that are genuine and fair for all of their idols and employees. A company that invests into idols and really make sure that they are satisfied.

So far, JYP seems to be a good company. They are very transparent with their actions and their plans, which is nice, and they seem to also take care of their idols and really give them what they want. Allowing idols to participate in their music shows how much they really want their idols to grow as artists. JYP emphasizes humbleness and appreciation among their idols and trainees as well too. It looks like they don't ever settle for trainees/idols that are stuck-up or selfish.

Woollim Entertainment isn't a bad company either. They take care of their idols too. I just wish that they would be a little risky with Lovelyz, instead of keeping them in the same bubble.

I would've said Polaris Entertainment, but after Ladies' Code's accident, they just fucked everything up and now I'm like meh...
