I guess that if someone finished their transition (idk if that's the word? sorry if the wording is offensive, it is not my intention) it doesn't matter, but if a person born as a boy but who identifies as a girl wants to join a sorority while still looking like a boy it might cause some problems right? Campuses tend to be the first places to adapt to social changes, but it doesn’t happen everywhere at the same time. There are sororities and fraternities that do accept them, just like there are those that don’t. This is something you’ll have to research on.
