A lot of songs have helped me over time but the one I've consistently turned to most since its release is Rise as an album ^^ When lying under the covers like a sad rolipoli, Taeyang's voice in the intro is the greatest calmer and teleportation tool. By the time Love You to Death comes on, I'm relaxed and numbed enough that only the melody zones in and out as a firefly glow in my mind. I'm really grateful to this album for helping me so many times when little else does.
