Somin has so matured since Baby Kara. She became less similar to Hara.
It seems to me, at her shapes of a face have a little changed. Maybe she did one more plastic surgery, after leaving from April? It is normal, a commonplace in Korea.

I think she may have done something to her nose between Baby Kara and April, but I can't be too sure.

Not every change must have been due to surgery though. Growth, weight loss/gain, makeup, lighting and photo editing are all capable of making one look very different. Photos aren't reliable. You'll need to have seen them in person to make a legitimate guess.

I think her have cleaned from 'April' for this reason. Somin didn't approach the lovely concept, DSP have decided to develop in her especially sexual concept. For this purpose also plastic surgery was required.
