Blindly labeling ppl with serious accusations like sexist and racist is what kpop fans do so, nothing surprising here. Personally I took it to mean about the physical strength aspect, hence why they brought up the "continuous concert" part. I think that's why they pointed out that they were girls, bc obviously girls do tend to have less physical strength than men. I didn't see it as anything sexist.
