Why isn't this thread in the artist MT section just like all the other idols? IDK why his updates are in the celeb and gossip section when this sub is mostly for the latest breaking news where fans comment and move on, continuous updates about his activities should be in the MT. It's uncomfortable to see his name pop up when it's updated. Plus I don't think anyone here give a fck about him seeing as no one else is commenting.

How about you don't speak for other people? Just because you don't give a Fck doesn't mean other people don't care,at least his fans still do. You can simply ignore it and use you time to support your faves.

Oh yeah the fans of his that support his toilet activities. I wonder how it feels to stan a morally corrupt person. Well if the OP had his thread in the MT like where it's supposed to be, maybe we don't have to ignore it? People can make a choice to not go into the MT and see his thread but to see it on this sub where the majority of the users are is uncomfortable ok. It's a gross reminder that oppa still has fans.

Was he proven guilty? No, he wasn't, so it's up to his fans if they want to drop him or still stay by his side, and if you don't like him this isn't their problem it's yours.

Well, this whole case is a mess, in cases like this it's always hard to prove anything. She could be lying, he could be also lying we don't know.

I see your point, and i really understand you with this sensitive case and i also understand Yoochun is far from being loved by all right now but there also still people who care about him, just like i said before just because you don't care, dosen't mean other people don't care.

Good keep enyoing it, at least someone should have fun being a K-Pop fan. There are alot of things in K-Pop which are scary, no matter which Idol did someting wrong their fans will mostly protect them.

I find it kind of sad what people are doing with idols, they push them till their limits, hate on them constanty, drag them through every scandal an other idol do, but than act all suprised if this idol acutally commit suicid.

Please update on yourself before rambling here when you obviously are not well informed of the case.And do yourself a service and educate on legal process and court cases for your own sake.And don't be a sucker for Yellow Journalism and help spread their agenda of false articles

 

Here is the latest ruling by the court on 21st sept 2017

 

This is the exact trans of the ruling read out in court by the judge yesterday on the appeal trial .she is acquitted due to "Insufficient evidence, though circumstances support false accusation charge"- those were the exact words from the judge yesterday.- which means the prosecutor need to provide more evidences to support the false accusation which is true to give her a guilty charge.

 

Yuchun is innocent and cleared of all charges.- these are the exact wording from the official prosecutor statement sent to CJES after the end of prosecutor investigation before the formal trial of Case A.

 

there is a difference in SK law
