Baby Gunhoo To Take Hiatus From “The Return Of Superman� Following Minor Accident

Gun Hoo will be taking a short break from KBS2’s “The Return of Superman.â€

On February 8, Gun Hoo’s mother, Anna, informed fans of her son’s hiatus from the show on her Instagram. She reassured viewers that although it was a small accident, she has chosen to focus on his recovery at this time.

While waiting for our connection flight to Seoul in Paris last week, Aciel had a small accident resulting in a visit to the emergency room at the airport. We had another check up here in Korea and with the help of my mother, it seems that the small wound will close nicely and quick. After that incident plus the difficulties for Aciel to adapt to Korean time, I've decided to pull him from all the activities. It might sound as if it were something big, which it isn't, but I rather have him recover in peace.
Without going into detail with the incident, I'm lucky to have had my sister with me, because the personnel was rather annoyed by the situation and not much of a help, making it more unpleasant than it already was.
Aciel is just as cheerful, and being well taken care of💙
This is just for those who might want to know why he won't be appearing on the coming episodes.
I'll update when there are any changes.

 

 

 

On February 12, a source from the show stated, “It’s not true that Gun Hoo is leaving the show. We’ll resume filming depending on the situation.â€

 

Gun Hoo, his sister Na Eun, and his dad Park Joo Ho are currently fixed cast members on “The Return of Superman.† After joining the show in August 2018, the adorable family instantly won the hearts of viewers and has been mentioned as one of the biggest factors for the rise in the show’s viewership ratings.

Aciel is getting better, thank you again for the kind messages
The episodes that have been aired until now were all filmed around the same time, hence the bruise on his forehead. That came to be while he ran around the house and fell, nothing else. Now you can see the small bump, but the color has faded
.
Side note: I've been informed that KBS has not yet concluded the sale of the calendars (it's...it's February...) as they will try to facilitate the sale abroad. I am however glad that we found a place where we will be donating our part of the proceedings
