Oliver 22,442 Posted February 10, 2019 Share Posted February 10, 2019 Itzy's debut really just proved how you just can't please everyone... before the song came out Ive seen tons of people saying that Itzy is JYP's Black Pink/Red Velvet.. that they're unoriginal and bringing nothing new to the table.. but when the song came out people have been shitting on it based on what they thought the song will be.. and that its too messy .. I for one am satisfied with what Dallah Dallah turned out to be.. is it the best song in KPOP?? definitely not.. but its freakin catchy as hell and the MV is amazing .. they just showed us that they are versatile and can do many different concepts.. and I love how original the song/concept is.. Twice invented the "Color Pop" bubblegum genre.. ITZY will do the same with the "Fusion Groove" Trap/Pop sound.. This is only the beginning.. ITZY will reign supreme.. They stayed true to their message, and I'll give them props for that. Also, idk what they sound like live, but the vocals in the mv were nice. The song really did fit their concept, that’s why it is the way it is. Perhaps it could’ve been done slightly better. But other than that, you’re right, they really did stay true to themselves.
