And yes I heard about the stuff the church he is affiliated does but has he ever said anything to warrant the hate? While younger I grew up in the Catholic church, and most of my father side is Catholic, , but I know that they don't condone sexual abuse or are homophobes. So I'm just confused. However, being affiliated with a specific church that publicly opposes certain demographics' lifestyle is not a good look imo especially for a public figure. True but why is it a problem now, people didn't care until the James Gunn controversy before then he was loved on my twitter TL especially but now not so much.
