It'd be cool if they were a bit like NCT. Promote as one big group at times, but break off into smaller subunits. The current two groups right now would be their permanent groups (since the show kind of introduced the concept that way). But there's flexibility to form a big group (personally I think 13 is very big so hopefully it's not an occasional thing haha), or form subunits like MOBB etc

Treasure 13 >>>>>>>>>>>>> WinKon 2.0

I won't be WinKon 2.0, YG is smart he separated SB and OG7 in 2 groups to make fans support both so unless they are solo stans TB fans will support both

I think they will be separated though, maybe the new one will focus more on the Japanese market for the reason stated above

It depends. If they only get together sometimes as 13 then I like it because most of the time they will still be able to shine as 2 different units with 6/7 members each.

However I would hate it if they are 13 members permanently because that means everyone gets 1 line each in the songs and the money have to be shared between 13 people. Yuck.

Its hard to stan both because people will have their own bias and will start learning toward their bias group and will envy each other if the other did better T T

From a financial pov one big group is better imo. Instead of spending money for 2 separate teams and splitting one big fandom in 2 why not have everyone supporting the same team

Let's hope for explanations soon

Isn't it already done so kind of pointless to ask? sorry to fans if that seems insensitive.

I wouldn't think it's more expensive making them into 2 groups. YG barely spend money on his previous boy groups anyway but he collect money by sending them on endless tours.  At least that's what he does with BB and iKON. I am sure these 2 groups will do the same.

I want an ot13 divided between two sub units like these ot7 and ot6 groups.

They can release and promote songs like Going Crazy with 13 member setup and after that they can promote as sub units with one of them in Korea and other one in Japan (this will chance with every new comeback) till they comeback as an ot13 again.

For example they can relese Going Crazy ot13 version with an mv for their pre debut promotions. After that they can debut as an ot13. After their first promotions are done they can prepare for a new debut as sub units one of them in Korea and other one in Japan. Following by another ot13 release etc.

I really liked their Treasure 13 - Going Crazy performance. Some of them performed the first part and others take over for the second and they ended the song together. It was pretty good tbh.
