DKDKTV Apologize For Covering Seungri’s Club Scandal

I don’t know the full context but they uploaded a now deleted video talking about it and they discussed the rumors and news that were on the korean media

I feel like the apology was unneeded cause in the deleted video they said what they were reporting were all allegations as a disclaimer.

Also the guy on the left is a huge big bang fan. So I know they didn’t have any ill intent.

They’ve been receiving death threats as well.

I watched the original video they're apologising for and even though they said they were only reporting what Korean media was reporting, and that it was an ongoing case, some parts angered the fans. They said they even got death threats from people and others wanted to sue them. As new information and Seungri's apology were revealed, they felt they needed to upload an apology video.

I wouldn’t be surprised if someone’s lawyers contacted them. Or maybe some insane VIPs brought this on

I watched the video too and I didn’t think they said anything controversial, they reiterated that it was all allegations. From memory they said it was a huge controversy in Korea, I got the impression they felt sorry for Seungri. They said that if you’re the CEO of a business that you have a responsibility for what goes on in your business. Getting death threats is ridiculous.

They said inflammatory things like Seungri is running away to military and YG is covering up for him and such things. Pure speculations. You know like OH first few pages stuff and obv VIP were not happy.

Their first words after the apology was that they said Seungri was at fault. Maybe don't say that until an investigation is completed. Or say it like their next sentence that he might be liable if the club was at fault.

As for military service, when his Seoul concerts were announced prior to the Burning Sun news, it was reported widely that his enlistment was imminent. One of the last few activities before going into the army.

I didn't watch the video, but I'd understand if people didn't like the fact that they were reporting a lot of rumours (even if they address they were actually rumours) but death treats are never okay in any case, it would be better if they talked with the guys especially considering they are actually fans of the group

death threats are not ok , never

But they were so eager to say seungri is running and his career is finished. they never waited and spread the lies. of course they should be responsible and apologize. They should know better then anyone that the lies, spread like wild fires while the clarifications don't

the damage is done.
