Refurbished Laptop?

Anyone bought one before? I need a new one as my laptop is literally falling apart, but I don't have the money for a brand new laptop, especially as I want windows 7 and they're even more expensive now since windows 8 has taken over the regular shops.

If anyone doesn't mind taking a look I'm thinking of buying from this amazon site - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aag/details/ref=aag_m_ss?ie=UTF8&asin=B00DRB2NUE&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&seller=AD8NQ48OUD4WH#aag_legalInfo

The page looks weird and i didn't read it but if you want to buy a used laptop (I'm still not sure what you really want, sorry), but if you want and instead of fixing yours by yourself, get a used one for half of the original price. You ca get one that has been used for less than a year and you should check its state. I'm not sure if there are electronic shops that sell used devices in your city but if there are any you should check some.

The price might look good but what if the computer is crap? You'll just be disappointed that you wasted your money and time on it. I never tried buying a refurbished one though so I can't share any experience with you.

I've seen people say they're still good even refurbished so I'm just looking really for someone who has had one before.

The laptop I own right now was slightly refurbished. I got it from 1400 knocked down to 700, I was pretty content that I wasn't owning a factory new laptop because I pretty much saved 700 dollars.

I recommend taking into account the brand, model, year, and specs.

Say you wouldn't want to buy a refurbished laptop of a brand that breaks easily, you'd want one that is known for its durability so that the refurbished laptop won't just break on you.

Good luck!

Thanks very much for that.
