I never recall you last year being so fitness focused smile.png I'm so glad that you are now smile.png

Well my non-cheat day food would include salmon and quinoa

which is funny bc i was super super preoccupied with staying in shape last year, but bc of work i just ended up starved and exhausted unsure.png forgot to take care of myself. so i wasn't so vocal about it with you guys, it was a quiet struggle to get started again. rlytearpls.png

Banana. I literally cannot go through a day without eating one. It's almost become my anti-depressing food as well (gotta keep that magnesium hiiiigh!)

Also another contender is hummus. I usually eat hummus with mushrooms or carrots, mostly, but depending on the season it can also be cucumber, tomatoes or broccoli! Basically most veggies+hummus = happy tummy.

i love veggie rolls with rice paper...sometimes i’ll throw in some lean chicken breast and avocado for protein and healthy fat

truthfully, i need to get back on top of my game fitness and diet-wise. the last two weeks have been kind of a mess for me. :/
