Me personally no. I used to take spirulina but not cause I'm working out. However it's a past tense cause I have to cut myself for other necessities.

I constantly take different vitamins like Omega 3, Vitamin D and others.

I like yoga. I feel great after doing it, and it is good for my back. Also, I run two times per week and go to the pool on the weekend.
