Well, it's not about just exercise too. You also have to plan your meals properly to hit your weight loss goals. No junk foods, no soda..etc (maybe can allow yourself one cheat meal a week but even then shouldn't over indulge in it).

Exercise-wise, do some strength training to build muscles. Muscles burn more calories than fats.

Also include some cardio in the form of HIIT (High-intensity interval training ).

If you want motivation to start working out, imagine going to a Gfriend's fansign one day and Eunha being amazed at your abs.

Well for my meal, I don't have issues since it's pretty well taken care. And yes I do some junk foods once in a blue moon-

I think I need to do more research on this-

I'm pretty lucky to have treadmill and pec deck available for me to work on with-

And I'm still sucks at remembering all these training names and functions lmao

Aaaaaaaaaand this one I-- I can't even imagine lifting my shirt to show her my abs asdjgkhasgkjsasg bonnie wyd ohpressor.png

It's a pity you don't live in Singapore or else we can hit the gym together

I've been kinda in and out of the gym life, but hope to get back on track tomorrow.  I got some antibiotics to combat what I have should be doing a lot better for physical activity.

It's family and friend week at my gym and I'm gonna invite a friend.  RIP to his body tbh.

Sounds good but sadly I'm not a gym person- I highly prefer sporting rather than doing gym

Partially why it's hard hard for me to get motivation for gym routine

I just finish 15 jumpin jacks, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups & 15 squats. I feel incredible but it feels like it wasn't enough to burn the rice calories that i've took. warstarplz.png

i'm going to have a 30 minute jog tomorrow to make up for it.

i've been doing yoga every morning during my illness and idk it feels like it's helped a lot. daily brisk walks for 2 hours has also helped a great deal. coupled with my insane work schedule i'm slowly beating my insomnia... it's pretty marvellous. returning to the gym tomorrow!

Hey guys, I halted my workout since i strained my psoas muscle by doing push-up.

I feel sleazy without any workout. anyways, do you guys have any alternatives for crunches/sit-ups cause I ain't doin that again.

If you want to train your abs, you can do workouts such as Plank, hanging leg raise..etc

Just curious, what work out do you do?

Generally:

Monday, Wed, Fri: Weight lifting

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: Cardio-based workouts, abs work, and training my legs.

Sunday is usually my rest day. If I feel up to it, might do some yoga.

I also do some short fasted cardio in the morning everyday on Monday to Saturday.

And I do some stretching after my workouts and at night before I go to sleep.

Oh wow, It's hard to commit on that, especially when you're busy.

That's a really decent split. A lot of people overemphasize one for the other, either doing only cardio or only lifting... Splitting equally is a good way to go.

For me, it's all about how much I want it. I wake up earlier in the morning to train workout if I know that I will be busy during the day. And I will always allocate two hours to my gyming session. I will sacrifice my gaming time to gym if I have to. But yeah, it's not easy to commit and in order to motivate myself, I think of the reason why I am doing it.

Haha. That's was me way back in the past. But after switching into a split routine I find that I have better recovery and have better results.

Everyday I am still learning new things about fitness too

Don't worry about it. At least you are doing something. A journey of a thousand mile begin with a single step.

And I am quite fitness mad like Kim Jongkook as my friends will tell you. I enjoy working out a lot so I actually look forward to it. XD

Hey, I don't blame you for being a fitness enthusiast, the feeling after a workout (especially when you sweat alot) is refreshing.

You'll be my fitness inspiration from now on, lol. share your secrets ByulHarang Oppa~ lovestruck.png

LOL. I have no secrets. XD

I just use the knowledge and experiences I gain to tailor a training plan according to my fitness goal.

And I have a role model in Kobe Bryant who is well known for his work ethnic. ^^

For the longest time I only did lifting and only deigned to do cardio when my coach made me before wrestling season lol I eventually learned that conditioning actually helps you recover from lifting as well as allows you to do more in a lifting session.

Right now I lift 4 days a week, run a 5k 3 days a week and do jui-jitsu 3 days a week. And with all that, I still get to take Saturday as a rest day.
