One thing I need to work on this week is increasing my water intake. I need to drink more than I am currently doing. The only time I really drink water is during my workout and that shouldn't be the case. I need to hydrate myself regularly throughout the day

this is always my issue too... constantly dehydrated

Have to learn to embrace the burn that come with the squat :imstupid:

Honestly though, the method I learn to endure squats is by listening to fromis_9 songs to get me through it.

I haven’t listened to kpop in combination with workout in a loooooong time really, not in that motivational way. Maybe I should try!

All the best to everyone for this week's fitness training! Remember to hydrate yourself too!

ugh THANK YOU what a nice initiative!

what a fail this last week has been. being sick half of it meant not being able to work out during the weekend EITHER which was disastrous for my sleep. i did walk a lot tho, took looooong walks both saturday and sunday. never underestimate just being outside, taking a walk.

i'm still not well, but i think i can go and maybe do less high impact training as long as i don't allow myself to get cold afterwards.

I think it is nice to motivate and encourage everyone. There are days that I don't feel like working out too but I manage to motivate myself thinking of WJSN Bona. XD

Is there any reasons why you need to hit your goals in 2 months time though? I am curious about that

i just respond better to fixed goals and that's what i decided months ago... i'm also going away later this spring to the italian riviera, there will be a lot of revealing formal party dresses and swimsuits. 0u0plz.png

Ah I see. For me making fitness part of a lifestyle make it easier to hit the targeted goals.

Let's me hit you with a PM to help you more

yea it used to be, not so much this spring bc of the whole switching jobs, switching gyms, getting sick all the time + requisite excuses lmao

I have a serious question- how to get motivated before even start planning for a workout?

I have a treadmill and peck deck machine left unused I should start using but I have no motivation on it

:rlytearpls:

To answer your question, I think this will help greatly:

This means I should try out all kind of exercise routines out there and mix match them?

I won't say try out all kind of exercise routines. It's more like knowing your fitness goals and selecting the exercises that will aid you? This is how I personally approach my own workouts although different peoples might have different views

Well, my main goal is definitely getting my abs back- certainly not to the point of six pack tho-

It's more like moving on from being Michelin?

Well, it's not about just exercise too. You also have to plan your meals properly to hit your weight loss goals. No junk foods, no soda..etc (maybe can allow yourself one cheat meal a week but even then shouldn't over indulge in it).

Exercise-wise, do some strength training to build muscles. Muscles burn more calories than fats.

Also include some cardio in the form of HIIT (High-intensity interval training ).

If you want motivation to start working out, imagine going to a Gfriend's fansign one day and Eunha being amazed at your abs.
