Might find myself frequenting this thread.  This year I'm making a hard effort to make some changes, both eating and workout wise.  I joined a gym that is really helping me out on my journey with coaches and nutritionist.  I think the classes would be similar to HIIT?  Going hard for about 30 minutes.  I am now getting into doing 2 classes back to back, 3-4 times a week.  Fortunately the place isn't too far from my workplace, so it isn't a huge trek out there.  I think I might be able to make that much needed change.  I'm close to my first goal (weight wise), but have one major one I hope to meet by the end of the year, which is looking feasible at the rate I'm going.~

True!!! My new goal is to be organized enough to work out before work. It’s getting harder and harder to keep my after work workout schedule bc the hours are dragging out more often. :[

Anyone with tips on how to combine gym with work in the morning? My issue is you can’t rent a locker at my current gym so I need to bring my gear AND my work clothes. It just feels so inconvenient.

Oh dang that's rough.  I could never go before, just because I can't do mornings.  But good luck to you.

You can't rent a locker?  I've never heard such a situation.

One thing I need to work on this week is increasing my water intake. I need to drink more than I am currently doing. The only time I really drink water is during my workout and that shouldn't be the case. I need to hydrate myself regularly throughout the day

For me, I got this water bottle and it's helped me keep hydrated more during the day.

I got it on sale, so I was able to not spend full price.  But it's helped me out in the hydration department.  Maybe something of th elike if this particular design isn't your cup of tea.

I am really motivated to workout, it's just that these videos of requiring an equipment stops me. it disheartens me knowing that I need to go to the gym to have a proper workout (equipments.) and I don't have the money to buy or to get some equipments/gym membership. warstarplz.png

I just finish 1 set of HIIT workout will add more set tomorrow.

Like it's been said, you don't need equipments.   But you could always set some money aside to potentially buy some weights.  That or resistance bands for some push back.  Those generally are hella cheap.  I got some on bands for no more than 20 bucks.

I've been kinda in and out of the gym life, but hope to get back on track tomorrow.  I got some antibiotics to combat what I have should be doing a lot better for physical activity.

It's family and friend week at my gym and I'm gonna invite a friend.  RIP to his body tbh.

I've finally been able to get back into my doubles trend.  Weight loss goals here I come.

I also am joining a beach body challenge at the gym to get snatched for the summer.  I'm comin' for you rolls (on my body)! ohpressor.png

I've also been resetting on the nutrition, so doubly on track! ohpressor.png ohpressor.png
