NCT is definitely influenced by AKB48's system Idols being more approachable and "able to meet" (fansigns) stems from the "idols you can meet" made popular by AKB48. The content of the mails vary depending on the personality of your fave This is no different from a fancafe post, do you think staff write your faves fan cafe posts?
