During that time he felt ‘If an older man hugged a young kid, it would definitely be considered sexual harassment and yet is it ok if it’s a woman?’ Suda asked, “Is it a crime for them to suddenly come up and hug and touch you?†Lawyer, Haruo Kitamura answered, “It is basically a criminal actâ€. It’s not a problem if the person gave consent but when the other person knows they’re making them uncomfortable it becomes assault, he commented.(Source: Girls Channel) 1. But as he's a guy in his mid-20s already I'm kind of confused why the age of the women matters other than the fact that the older people are the more they should know better, although honestly the older people get the more it seems like they think they can do whatever they want.
