The ultimate definition of #SoL & #CGDCT, the show is so far a compilation of stand alone episodes of Grea and Anne being gay doing whatever the script put them to do it and that's it, that's the show. But it has a beautiful production that really has some visually breath taking moments.

 

Since is based on a videogame, I would say is going into the BanG Dream second season route aka being a fanservice show, both the "nerdy" and erotic one (Dayum Grea! Nvm why Anne is so attached to her...he).

It started as the ultimate definition of #SoL & #CGDCT and ended like that with a high production value. Which I dare to say, at times, would rival against Violet Evergarden in terms of beauty.

 

Besides, it has a mundane script and small bits of character and world building but used as plot devices so the leads can be gay with each other be more than yuribait cardboads. Actually, the show heavily relies on Anne and Grea pseudo-but-probably shojo ai relationship so if they are not your taste then the show would had lost 95% of it's charm. Because then there is the beautifull production quality and ost. Altho those water effects sucked on the beach episode.

 

Overall, is a hit or miss but is technical aspects are undoubtly worth it to give it a try.
