Do you ever wish K-pop songs were sometimes longer?

Sometimes I wish Kpop songs were a bit longer. They are almost always about 3:00 to 3:30 mins. I know that's the classic length of a pop song, but I think sometimes I'd like to hear them go on a longer, even if it's just reprise the chorus again and again.

The longest K-pop song I know is

at 7:14. (Although strictly speaking it's a Korean version of a Japanese song.)

So go on.. Name me some long K-pop songs!

These are nearly six minutes

Off the top of my head Spring Day, Let Go, Crystal Snow, So 4 More, and Cypher pt. 2 are all five minutes or nearly five minutes long. In general BTS' songs are quite long, most of them seem to be longer than 3:30.

I wish that groups that have amazing rappers would do longer title tracks to properly show off their skills. A rapper can't release their full potential with just a random 10 second verse. BTS, BigBang and Ikon are good examples, but at least BTS has toned it down a bit. D-Crunch is another great example of long title tracks and those feature multiple long rap verses (they have like 5 or 6 rappers as well)

Yeah, as an nct fan they do shocase the rappers a lot more than vocalists, so my hope is in Vocal focused B-sides they would be a bit longer.

No Longer would be so much better if they add one more chorus with Jaehyun or Jungwoo in my opinion.

And also Johnny is a decent vocalist based on his predebut singing in Hope. So I do wonder why they don't give him some lines in vocal based songs, I mean he's not great but he's not bad either.
