He was their mentor and pretty much closest in YG . and I think Hanbin is not that happy with YG, I mean can you imagine an idol didn't mention his boss in his 13 awards acceptance ..lol Anyway I doubt PSY will sign anyone directly from YGE, he probably don't want to ruin his relation with YG. Likely that Psy don't want to ruin his relation with YG , and considering military enlisment , iKON probably would think that staying in YG will be more secure .
