Anything you’ve given up or added to your fitness routine recently?

Can be anything. I recently surrendered my one true vice, foamy coffee drinks. I can’t tell you how much I’m jonesing for a mocha right now... I don’t mind drinking brew or espressos but it’s not the same. :[

I’ve also... sigh... had to relent and do cardio. I hate cardio. But I try to run every 3 days or so now, along with my weights, core classes and Pilates.

You?

I added burpee to my routine. It is my most hated workout but at the same time, it's a good exercise for my body

for me it's squats. i have a weak core so squats is my daily ill and i cry by the time i'm done bc i hate them. i hate them so much

considering giving up meat and going pescatarian or even veg...but i’m not in the financial situation to completely buy all my own groceries and make my own meals rn

same, well i don't wish to go back to pescatarian or full on vegan like i was before but i try to eat more fish but it's pricy.

Do some squats with dumbbell by your sides if you are currently doing just bodyweight squat.

oh yea if i'm at the gym that's what i do. i still hate it. it's psychological, it makes me feel weak in a way i can't explain. like i don't trust myself, which is strange since i do way more difficult positions using my full body weight in yoga...

Start with going mostly veg/pescatarian.

Then you buy that for yourself and keep eating what the other person provides you smile.png

If that person takes you to a restaurant, pick the veg options. They're usually cheaper.

Veg is often cheaper than meat often anyway.
