I'm new in this forum. I'm a big Nogizaka46 fan. My favorite members are Sayurin and Ikuchan. I'm also liking Keyakizaka46 a lot. Their first single is amazing and if the keep releasing good songs, I will surely become a fan, too. My favorites in Keyaki are Watanabe Risa and Sugai Yuuka.

I like Keyaki's new uniform. It's nice how they kept the military style. The girls did well, although they need to polish something here and there. Neru did the wrost. She was awkward and her lip-synching was bad. Hope she improves soon.

The choreo is alright. I like the end when they touch each other and look up. I still don't like the talking parts (feels so jarring) and they sound even worse because the girls are lip-synching. I think if they did it live it would sound better.

If anyone is interested in Hadashi de Summer lyrics, the girls sing about how it's different from the usual summer, but no one noticed it like the the strength of the sun and the vividness of the color of flowers.

 

Then, the girls talk about how the person they love walks on a side walk while drinking rooibos tea and smiling alone. That person discreetly under the table kicked off his sandals and the girls sing "Hadashi ni natte dou suru tsumori (What are you going to do barefoot?).

 

That's the chorus:

im curious, what is this drama even about

 

It's a It's a mystery/comedy. Here's the synopsis:

 

Keyaki Academy private school, the homeroom of Year-3 class-C. As the students arrive the find the remains of their homeroom teacher, Tokuyama Daigorou, and the group descends to chaos. "He might still be alive", "Can anyone do CPR?" The students find a knife in his back, and confirm his death. This will look bad, we have to hide it. Shit, there's no time. "He might fit in there," one girl says, pointing to an area inside the classroom. "He might not be found there!" "Will he fit" "Maybe if you cut off his hands and legs..?" The bitter, callous female students of this class. A strange school life begins as the students work hard to hide the presence of their teacher's corpse in their classroom. Other teachers from the Academy, their homeroom teacher's wife, his mistress, police, and reporters... One-by-one they visit the classroom and the students face the risk of being discovered. Is it possible to continue to hide it?! And who was it who killed him?!

About Keyaki's PV, I like it a lot. It fits with the lyrics, the melody and the vibe of the song. The dance with the blue umbrellas and in the landscape are really beautiful visually.

 

The only thing that I don't like is the screen time distribution. What's up with some second row girls getting more/better screen time than Manaka and Risa who are in the first row? Why management put them there in the first place, then? And poor third row, they're pretty much invisible. It's possible to show the whole senbatsu and still make it clear who are the front girls, so why isn't Keyaki doing it?

I feel like the whole PV is Hirate feat Imaizumi. The lives are pretty much Hirate, Imaizumi, Nagahama and maybe Sugai/Suzumoto/Rika. They did Risa and Manaka really dirty. Even though they changed the formation, it doesn't feel much like it. The same pushed girls (Suzumoto, Hirate, Imaizumi and Berika) are receiving the spotlight with the addition of Nagahama and the removing of Kobayashi.
