Nintendo announced they are restarting Development for Metroid Prime 4 from scratch

someone just made a switch thread the other day here and listed all the new games coming out and of course my reply was theat i didn't care about any of those games and just wanted metroid prime 4 XD

laugh.png laugh.png It's like good & bad news at once tbh, it suckkkks to have to wait even longer for MP4 but Retro Studios working on it means it's sure to be absolutely amazing when it's released. so it softened the blow a bit! lol

yeah, it's definitely good that they want to bring us the best game possible. it's just frustrating bc nintendo absolutely brought it with other legendary titles like Mario and Zelda... why couldn't they do the same with Metroid...

BOTW was also delayed, and then eventually it was announced along with the Switch Presentation, in that case the wait was worth it because it ended up creating a masterpiece and one of the best games of all time:

 

 

 

Hopefully it will be the same for Metroid, but yeah it does suck to wait ._.
