honestly im conflicted with the pd rumours on another chance it will get him even more attention and popularity (if mnet is more fair to him that ygtb editing staff) which would help him find another agency or even go solo even if he doesn't make it into the final group but on the other hand can he handle another survival show after they are brutal

its bittersweet while i dont want them to stay and rot in yg dungeon, because i dont think ygex will be debuting a group in the next 3 years with both Treasure 13 (Magnum and Treasure) debuting with japanese members and i assume both magnum and treasure are debuting in japan and maybe even treasure 13 will get to debut there and with Johnny's plan to focus on their younger debuted groups, Junior groups and Juniors in general i dont see the male idol industry opening up in japan anytime soon 

 

but i also wonder when or if we will see them again

I wonder if they are still technically with Avex as trainees (which would explain Keita still refusing pictures with fans) even though they are no longer YG/YGEX.

avex doesn't have trainees unless you are talking about avex academy students which are not trainees, the only way they are still with avex if avex has put them in some predebut group but those guys use social media,

it could be that they were still ygex trainees then but quit recently

makes me assume (sry) that the j kids had a good relationship with their japanese management, which makes me feel a little better knowing that those probably cared more for them

this is actually promising because this guy works for Avex management (and most importantly he seems to work with their idol groups and with the avex artist academy) instead of ygex so i hope that means that avex is planning on debuting him or something like that

update on Kotaro and AVEX

this is interesting that could mean Kotaro is gong to be in a pre major debut group (aka in group thats not yet released debut single with a major music label, avex creates a lot of these groups usually from the students in their Artist Academy professional course) not all these groups end up debuting i would even say most end up just disbanding but this is actually a great opportunity either way because whether the group he is put in debuts or not it will give him a chance to create a strong fandom and he also gets to be tied to a big agency.

for example here is a pre debut group from avex that i follow ARCUS , they are co-ed group based in osaka and as you can see they preform in all sort of events, Festivals and hold concerts in small venues and theatres with other groups or just by themselves

 

so they are active and earn money and fans, the only thing separating them from a debuted artist is the releasing music and they are not officially singed with avex but are affiliated with their avex artist academy as they attend there and are created and sort of managed by the staff in the academy

also it is supposedly mahiro's graduation ceremony today or tomorrow

most likely tomorrow as graduations are in march. I hope we get some photos

Regarding the school year in Japan, I was looking it up and it seems the school year ends weekending March 23 this year and starts weekending April 13-with differences between prefectures. Did Mashiho really go back to Japan for graduation last week? Seems a little early based on the info I looked up.

Not all schools have the same graduation days but graduation is usually in beginning of March, normal school year (for not graduating grades) ends in mid-March. Not everyone goes to attend their graduation ceremony so he could have gone and got his diploma when he went to Japan. Edited March 5, 2019 by -�り-

In Japan compulsory schooling ends with middle school, also it’s definetly not rare ( I would even say rather common) for celebrities to drop out of high school to persue a career in the entertainment industry in Japan so it also could be that Yoshi dropped out if his school wouldn’t allow him to miss that much school for ygtb. Also we don’t even know if any of them go to the same school .

hola sorry im all caught up in exams so i cant update and havent for some time shsfhfhhf but in a nutshell: mahiro doing pd101 promo stuff, keita instagram lives

I feel like we will (hopefully) soon hear that Keita has joined a new agency
