[in a] Vast sky, full of stars, [the] half-curved moon [is] bright.

Next to [the] Sunken ship, [the] sound [of the] night rain [is] harsh.

Thousands [of] sails have passed, [yet I still] dream of revisiting Chang’an.

[The] Ship of [my] heart nears [the] shore.

[Although the] Road to [the] end of the world [is] long, [at least I have] youthful companions.

[As] Glances spread around, [we] look at one another, hand-in-hand.

[The sounds of] bullets [firing and] swords [clashing start to] resemble [a] song. [And as I] Listen [to the] temple bell sing goodnight,

[i become] Overwhelmed with grief[2].

[As I] Drank to [my] heart’s content, [i thought about] how [much I] hoped [that] you were also here [with me].

[A] Young boy comes, riding [a] bamboo horse[3], [while we] drink together [as the] mountain blossoms bloom.

Lying [upon the] moss, drunk, [we] watch [the] sea [of] clouds, waiting for [the] wind [to] arrive

[And] Disperse [the] everlasting burdens[4] in my heart.

[When the] Sophora flower first bloomed, [i thought about] how [much I] hoped [that] you were also here [with me].

[While] You [lightly] apply [your] makeup[5], I take this opportunity and come[6]

[To] See [the] origin and [the] end of [our] predestined affinity, [and] wait [for] flowers to wilt [and] bloom [again].

If fate allows for [us to] reunite, please don’t leave [me] again.
