I just need to rant

So there's this girl in my school, she's in the play with me and she is just, UGH. She goes out of her way to make me feel like an idiot. Since I'm a senior I try to take a leadership position sometimes but if I mess up she acts like I'm the biggest idiot to ever walk the earth. I try to be nice to her but she makes it so hard. She loves being in charge and won't listen to anything I say. I'm just so tired of getting ragged on for every single thing I do. I'm trying my hardest but it's like everything I do is wrong to her. Like I shouldn't even attempt to help other people or lead them because I'll fail anyway. She's just so rude all the time and everyone says "oh that's just her" but I don't understand why people should excuse this behavior because they're used to it. She makes people cry on the regular and doesn't care at all. I'm so tired of it. What do you guys think I should do? I've tried to push back against her before but every time she talks down to me.

I don't agree that people should excuse shitty behaviour with. "oh thats just them" but I believe in being diplomatic and honest. I would ask to talk to her honestly around no-one (sometimes people act like an ass to seem cool to others) and explain the feelings you have. say you want it to be a positive relation in high school and ask her to just treat you the way she'd like to be treated.

it may not work but its honest and fair

You wanna hurt her as much as she hurts you, right? IGNORE HER ASS, ACT LIKE SHE DOESN'T EXIST, literally like you can't see her. If she talks to you, no matter what she says don't reply and turn around and talk to someone else. This will make her feel like shit and everyone will start doubting her, they've only been excusing her over you because they saw you gave her so much importance. And dont be freaking nice to anyone else just be correct, it's not charity. You will see her getting so confused u might actually feel pity for her. (Yes i used this method before lol)

You should tell her that maybe if she stanned Itzy she wouldn't come off as such a pretentious twat.

On a serious note, you can either confront her alone once and for all and tell her how her behaviour makes everyone feel and that she needs to cut that shit out or you can try ignoring her and try not to let her comments get to you.

Either way it sucks that you have to deal with someone like that.

This is actually great advice, those kinds of people hate being ignored
