It doesn't really stop you from using this phrase either. Just like Apple trademarked "Apple", but you can still use if for everything that isn't a phone. Not to mention, if I'm corrected they filed for this back then in 1994 when the movie came out, surprised to see people talk about that now, but I guess that's because of the new movie.
