What’s the meaning of the female artist taking multiple places of the same album?

Wow sales has been tremendously decreased since 2013 except those with big fandom like Swift

still can’t believe the 20/20 Experience was 6 years ago.....

An artist having multiple places of the same album means that they had multiple sales weeks in the top 5 sales weeks of that year. So Adele, Taylor and Beyonce's 2nd,3rd highest weeks etc outsold all other females largest weeks. None of the males had multiple top 5 sales weeks surprisingly.
