I agree with you wholeheartedly, but as a Chinese person, what I saw in this video specifically was somebody that was intentionally lashing out at the people around him for reasons other than frustration. I don't think this man in particular would have acted up in the same way if he were at a Europen or American airport dealing with white staff and white passerbys. He directly and specifically insulted China and Chinese people and blamed it on them for his own incompetence, and his rant to me had very strong racial undertones indicative of racism.
